jkminer is holding Deltaxz1 — who the heck is that guy? — at bay and we poached JMKarstetter from another team. JMK aims to be putting on a million points per day. Team Oppo’s at 22 million points, and I was impressed when we earned our first million! Watch that team ranking number... I know of at least three strong GPUs that will be added in the coming days and we’re picking up new machines. How long will it take us to hit our first billion points?

The 10 WU bonus gave me a huge jump in points. I was in the low thousands at 9 but 4 WU later and I'm at 6x,xxx! Still really shitty laptops I'm using lol but it's fun watching the stats, I'm at least helping a little, and my two friends I got to join are responsible for about 500k so I'll count those too

Finally got a couple of real work units, hoping to gain some ground today. I’ll be able to monitor it a little better, and hopefully keep getting them throughout the night tonight. Both my machines only got CPU jobs last night.

I need to put in for that bonus. That’s the next step. But the software is still driving me batty. I did restart it on the i7 and got the GPU cranking, but this morning it was back to its old antics, with the constantly reloading progress page. I even tried another browser, but that didn’t to make a difference. I got up this morning and it was back to not using the GPU, or so it seems since I can’t look at my status. Maybe it’s doing it in the background, which is probably the case since I’m  up about 10K credits since last night.

Same for me, a reboot usually kicked the machines into gear and makes them grab both CPU and GPU work.

I had a dry spell yesterday where I couldn’t get any GPU work units until the evening.  Overnight it looks like they both ran though.

Typically I can nudge it by right clicking on the GPU slot and hitting pause, waiting a bit and hitting go again on just that slot but no dice. Will have to reboot and see if that snags me GPU work. Looks like I didn’t even get that much CPU work for the XEON over night either. Bummer! JMK and ITA scooted right past me again!!

I’ve been contemplating what I want to order here still. I’m still putting down some serious numbers, but want to keep doing that so I’m in research paralysis right now continuously bouncing between a GTX 1660, Vega 64 or RX 5700.

I just added my Precision laptop, i7 and K2100M GPU. The GPU was put to work immediately. CPU is still waiting. I don’t know how much I’ll leave this one running. This laptop is the one I use for work... It’ll be interesting how it compares to the Xeon 6-core i5.

To get around the constant reload thingy you need to load the page in an incognito tab.  Doesn’t make any sense to me either, but it works.

Lol I think it’s after your 10th. My 10th only got me from 3k to 4k  but then this morning I see 13 WU and 60k. I was glad to be ahead of you for a few more hours though

Trouble getting work units, refresh loops, lots of weird webapp problems.  Looking into it a little it has always been a little janky and their user base suddenly exploding has made things more so.  Frustrating, but I’ll keep chugging for a bit (though I might postpone spreading it to my other computers...)

I just hit 10. But you might be ahead at least until tomorrow. There is a job running on the GPU on my desktop that when it started, it said would take 1.5 DAYS to complete.... meaning it will be done some time tomorrow.

I rebooted and got a task immediately . Seems like they have a lot of problems but now might not be the time to fix them.
